During the winter the vehicle does not produce heat. There is a knocking sound from under the dash and only cold air comes out of all the vents. When it was 20 degrees out I measure 35 degree air out the vents over the couse of an hour drive.

We took this car in to the dealer to implement the "BMS Battery Logic Improve (26-01-065H)" update on 9/17/26. We have had two issues that appear to be software related and might be caused by improper voltage from the 12 volt battery.
