2008 Honda shadow spirit VT750. Consumer writes in regards to fuel valve diaphragm recall notice. *smd the consumer stated a month after purchasing the bike from a private party, he noticed a strong gas smell in the garage.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the fuel control valve diaphragm assembly, free of charge. The recall began on April 22, 2008. Owners may contact Honda at 1-866-784-1870.
