The splines on the final drive gear and final drive flange were completely dry and rusted. *mr Honda failed to lubricate the final drive splines, due to their lack of mentioning of the critical maintenance in the manual.

The u-joint was wrongly assembled, causing it to break up while riding. Also, when motorcycle reaches 60 MPH it starts shaking very hard, almost causing a loss of control. Dealer has been contacted.
