While trying to close the door it will not shut/ it gets stuck. Consumer has to push the back of the door to get it opened. This would be unsafe in an accident, occupant may not be able to get out.

We were driving down the road and noticed a small wisp of smoke coming from the steering column. We exited the highway and took the plastic cover off the steering column and investigated.
