Steering wheel getting stuck at highway speeds when I make micro adjustments.

Sticky steering most notable at highway speeds after 20-30 minutes of run time. Requires more force than necessary to make corrections to stay in lane causing over steering. Same occurs on long left hand turns where steering sticks then breaks free.

While in cruise mode, car has several times suddenly and rapidly braked for a semi truck that did not exist. Most of the instances the road ahead was completely clear. On one occasion this nearly caused the vehicle behind me to ram me.
