Vehicle was in motion on a curvy street, in lane that goes straight when another vehicle moved abruptly from left turn lane into my lane. When I saw this I knew I would hit it as there was insufficient space to brake before impact.

Takata recall - as a young driver, I being frightened of driving seeing a young girl killed in a Honda. Honda financial was paid off by me in regards to my loan, and they have not wanted anything to do with me to help me with this situation.

When pressing gas pedal into passing gear the car stays in passing gear. Tachometer shows 5000 RPM as if engine is is speeding up but car slows down when I take my foot off gas peddle and and car sounds like transmission is stuck in lower.gear.
