I am reporting a premature and dangerous failure of the engine head gasket on my 2019 Honda Accord Sport (1.5L Turbo engine, 68,220 miles). While driving, the vehicle suddenly lost power due to severe engine misfires.

Remedy: Honda will notify owners and dealers will replace the fuel pump assembly, free of charge. The recall began July 22, 2020. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138.
