ON DECEMBER 4, 2017 I WAS TRAVELING THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT ON INTERSTATE 195 MARYLAND WHEN MY TIRE BROKE AWAY FROM THE AXLE. I LOST CONTROL OF THE CAR AND SKID ACROSS THE HIGHWAY AND SLAMMBED INTO A GUARD RAIL.
