THIS COMPLAINT IS REFERENCED TO ODI # 10550320 ON WHICH I PUT THE WRONG VIN NUMBER. THIS COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE MANUFACTURE NOT INSTALL HAND HOLDER ON THE RIGHT SIDE ENTERING THE MOTORHOME AND MAKING THIS A SAFETY HAZARD.

WE WERE DRIVING OUR HOLIDAY RAMBLER AMBASSADOR 2012 36 FOOT DIESEL MOTORHOME ON A TRIP. AT THE END OF A DRIVING DAY, A WARNING LIGHT (REGEN) CAME ON. TRIED TO RUN A REGEN PER THE MANUAL, BUT CONDITIONS DID NOT ALLOW.

Remedy: ARG will notify owners and dealers will install a retainer bracket to reinforce the operating mechanism, free of charge. The recall began on February 12, 2016. Owners may contact ARG customer service number at 1-800-509-3417.

Remedy: REV will notify owners, and instruct them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin January 18, 2018.
