CONSUMER STATES THAT WHILE RIDING THE FRONT END STARTED WHEEL HOPPING. OWNER TOOKMOTOR CYCLE INTO A PRIVATE MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE FRONT END LOOSENED UP AND WORE OUT THE NECK BEARING AND RACERS, CAUSING A COLLISION.
