TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLHTC. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. HE NOTICED THAT THE PIPE THAT HOLDS THE TOUR PACK HAD SEVERED, WHICH WEDGED THE TOUR PACK BEHIND THE LICENSE.
