GREASE SEALS FAILED AND GOT GREASE OVER ALL THE BRAKES AND BACK PLATES AND WHEELS

ON CURB SIDE WHEELS THERE WAS EXCESSIVE GREASE LEAKAGE INTO BOTH ELECTRIC BRAKE ASSEMBLIES. OBVIOUS SEAL/GREASE FAILURE. IN ADDITION ON REAR WHEEL, THE MAGNET ASSEMBLY WAS ALSO NOT SECURED AND "FELL OUT" WHEN HUB WAS TAKEN OFF.

Remedy: Grand Design will notify owners, and dealers will install a bracket over the back of existing hinges, free of charge. The recall began on December 16, 2016. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2013-2021 Momentum, Solitude, and Reflection recreational vehicles.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace any damaged wiring, and properly secure the wires, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on February 21, 2022. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679.
