On 23 March 2005 at 6:30AM, I was driving my 2005 Yukon Denali in a 15MPH school zone on a military post when my driver's side rear tire came off. When I skidded to the side of the road and got out, I noticed that one of the lugs was broken off.

    Remedy: Honeywell will notify owners and replace the fuel filters free of charge. The recall began on October 18, 2006. Owners may contact fram customer service at 1-800-890-2075 (Option 1).
