I OWN A 1995 GMC VANDURA VIN # [XXX] WITH A DEFECTIVE SEAT BELT BUCKLE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE MID CAPTAIN CHAIR. THE BUCKLE IS INOPERATIVE AND THE PLASTIC COMPONENTS IN THE BUCKLE MECHANISM HAVE CRYSTALLIZED AND CRUMBLED.
