Whenever you turn the steering wheel, there is a noise that come from it and it sounds like a clunking noise as sometimes will not let you turn past that point. It will do it when it is stationary or driving.

Vehicle moving on hard surface. Steering turned to limit and abruptly, wheel is "Whipped" Back away from limit. The action is so severe, it whipped out of my hands and I tracked to the opposing lane.
