WHENEVER YOU TURN THE STEERING WHEEL, THERE IS A NOISE THAT COME FROM IT AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A CLUNKING NOISE AS SOMETIMES WILL NOT LET YOU TURN PAST THAT POINT. IT WILL DO IT WHEN IT IS STATIONARY OR DRIVING.
