Steering wheel disconnected & fell off while turning in a drive through window. Vehicle was towed to a garage to have work done. GMC manufacturer was contacted & would like to plug up for diagnostic testing.

My 1991 GMC sierra has defective seat belts. The seat belt does not click and hold on both the passenger side and driver side. I would like to know if the manufacturer is still liable for a defect such as that.

Remedy: Honeywell will replace the affected oil filters free of charge. The recall began during November 2007. Owners can contact fram customer service toll-free at 1-800-890-2075.
