APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, TIRE BLOWOUT ON THE LEFT FRONT, CAUSED VEHICLE TO VEERS OFF THE ROAD TO THE RIGHT AND HIT A SERIES OF METAL POSTS WITH STEEL CABLE STRUNG BETWEEN THEM, THE CAUSE WAS A TIRE FAILURE DUE TO DELAMINATION TREAD SEPERATION.
