CONSUMER WAS DRIVING ON SIDE ROAD AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITION, ALL OF SUDDEN BOTH AIR BAGS DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING, CAUSING VEHICLE TO HIT A PARKED VEHICLE.
