DOT 1KMM16A 1710 TIRES WERE ON THIS 2011 FOREST RIVER FIFTH WHEEL PURCHASED JULY 19TH 2011. IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA A STATE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED. IT PASSED THE FIRST INSPECTION WHEN TRAILER WAS REGISTERED IN AUGUST OF 2011.

Remedy: FOREST RIVER WILL BE MAILING CORRECTED LABELS TO RETAIL PURCHASERS, AND/OR TO DEALERS. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON AUGUST 9, 2010. OWNERS MAY CONTACT FOREST RIVER AT 1-574-206-7600.
