UPON INSTALLING CHILD SAFETY SEAT, THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE PULLED OUT OF CHASSIS SUPPORT. UPON INSPECTION DISCOVERED THAT SUPPORT MECHANISM IS DEFECTIVE, NO NUT EXISTS AS PART OF MECHANISM TO SECURE BUCKLE ASSEMBLY.
