2019-04-02Hybrid propulsion system19V099000 Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2019 Fusion Energi Hybrid models. The affected vehicles may not adequately protect against direct and indirect contact of high voltage sources during normal operation.

Remedy: Ford will notify owners, and dealers will install a Bus Electrical Center (BEC) cover over the high voltage fuses, free of charge. The recall began April 2, 2019. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332.
