Travelling along alcan highway in remote canada. We had tread seperation blowout on the driver side front that damaged the F350 dually. Tire size was 285/75/16 with around 20,000 miles on them. Tire was unusable and replaced with spare.

Steering system: when vehicle is first started or drive on cold day there steering system is extremely difficult to turn. Also when brake is applied steering wheel will stop at a half of a turn. Excessive effort is required to turn. 2.
