TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-650 SD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER FAILED BY NOT DISENGAGING THE CLUTCH IN TIME. THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES TO STOP THE VEHICLE.

SAFETY TIMELINE
ON CERTAIN CAB CHASSIS VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH ACCURIDE ALUMINUM WHEELS, THE WHEELS WERE NOT PROPERLY PRE-STRESSED. THIS ALLOWS CRACKS TO DEVELOP OVER TIME.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE WHEELS FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON MAY 17, 2005. OWNERS MAY CONTACT FORD AT 1-800-392-3673.
