THE VEHICLE INVOLVED IS A HORTON AMBULANCE ON A FORD F450 CHASIS. WHILE ON AN EMERGENCY CALL THE UNIT STOPPED OPERATING AND THEN ENGINE WOULD NO LONGER START. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO TED BRITT FORD'S TRUCK REPAIR CENTER IN CHANTILLY.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD F-450. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE BEING INSPECTED BY A DEALER, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE FUEL TANK WAS DELAMINATING ON THE INSIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE.
