TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 GULF STREAM B TOURING CRUISER RV THAT WAS BUILT ON A 2019 FORD E-450 CHASSIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE RV WAS PARKED, THE CHASSIS BATTERY LOST CHARGE.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 13, 2026. Ford owners will receive letters in phases, beginning January 2026 and June 2026.
