ON THE 2003 AND UP FORD E-SERIES VANS USED FOR AMBULANCE CONVERSIONS. THE CABLE LEADING FROM THE REAR BATTERY UNDER THE VEHICLE TO THE FORD FACTORY JUMP STUD. THE CABLE IS CORRODING AND BREAKING OFF, CAUSING ARCING.
