CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 70MPH ON HIGHWAY AND HEARD A NOISE. VEHICLE WAS STRADLING FROM LANE TO LANE, AND THEN ROLLED OVER. TWO CHILDREN WERE EJECTED FROM VEHICLE. REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BLEWOUT, AND THE TREAD CAME COMPLETLY OFF.
