GAS TANK RUSTED THROUGH A SKID PLATE UNDERNEATH TANK WHERE A PAD FIT BETWEEN TANK & PLATE. WATER OR MOISTURE GETS BETWEEN GAS TANK & SKID PLATE & STAYS THERE, EVENTUALLY RUST OCCURS & GAS LEAKS OUT & DRAINS ON EXHAUST PIPE.
