LEFT REAR TIRE FELL APART AND KNOCKED THE GENERATOR FUEL TANK FILLER NECK OFF, SPILLING FUEL ONTO THE HIGHWAY. THE TREAD OF THE TIRE JUST CAME OFF. IT ALSO TORE OFF THE ELECTRIC BRAKE WIRES AND DISABLED THE BRAKES.
