I HAVE HAD THREE WHEELS BREAK AT THE WELDS. ACCORDING TO WOODALLS MAGAZINE, THERE ARE HUNDREDS. I HAVE CONTACTED CONTINENTAL IMPORTS, THE FIRM DISTRIBUTING THE WHEELS, AND ALSO U.S.WHEEL CO. IN CALIFORNIA. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE, FROM EITHER PARTY.

EXPERIENCED TWO TREAD SEPARATIONS ON TWO DIFFERENT DATES ON MY LAST TRIP. BOTH TIRES WERE (PRESUMABLY) ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT, GOODYEAR ST225/75R15D RADIAL TUBELESS TIRES.

THE REAR BUMPER MOUNTING BRACKETS HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. THE MOUNTING HOLES WERE CUT OVERSIZED AND CAN ALLOW THE MOUNTING BOLTS TO PULL THROUGH THE BRACKETS ON THE CHASSIS.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND REPAIR THESE TRAILERS.
