I HAVE COOPER TIRES LT225-75R16 ON MY RV THAT ARE BLOWING OUT WHILE I AM DRIVING THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS A TIRE PROBLEM. I HAD THE RV INSPECTED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE SECOND BLOW OUT.
