Remedy: INSTALL HEADLAMP SWITCH CONTROL IDENTIFIER EITHER ON OR ADJACENT TO THE SWITCH.

THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM HARDWARE WAS INCORRECTLY MOUNTED, CAUSING WIPER BLADE OVERTRAVEL AND PREMATURE WEAR, AND IN EXTREME CASES, THE WIPER BLADES MAY FAIL TO CORRECTLY TRAVEL OVER THE WINDSHIELD
Remedy: MODIFY THE MOUNTING OF THE WINDSHIELD WIPER HARDWARE AND REPLACE THE PASSENGER SIDE PIVOT ARM.
