TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1992 FLEETWOOD BOUNDER RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATE SPEEDS OF 75 MPH, THE TIRES BLEW OUT. HE WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF 40 MPH ON THE BLOWN TIRES FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS TO A REST AREA.
