2023-04-26Electrical system23V224000 Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Jayco Embark, Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, and Reatta XL motorhomes.
Remedy: Dealers will reprogram the vehicle control module, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 1, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

2024-06-07Forward collision avoidance24V309000 Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Aspire Class A motorhomes. The camera control module may have been installed upside down and flush to the floor, which can allow it to overheat and prevent the camera image from displaying.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the camera control module, install two brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903607.

2024-09-06Electrical system24V577000 Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, and Reatta XL motorhomes.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the battery cables, and repair or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 30, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

2025-04-15Fuel system, diesel25V205000 Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, and 2025 Reatta XL motorhomes, equipped with Cummins L9 diesel engines. The remote fuel filter hose may separate from the fitting, causing a fuel leak and an engine stall.
Remedy: Cummins will replace the fuel hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 15, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

2026-07-31Exterior lighting26V484000 Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Entegra Reatta XL, Reatta, 2026 Cornerstone Reserve, 2024-2026 Cornerstone, Aspire, and Anthem motorhomes built on certain Spartan K1, K2, and K4 chassis.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the pressure switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 31, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
