Rear brake becomes ineffective after a period of time. The brake becomes soft, spongy and does not work properly. I've had the dealer check the brakes, bleed them, replaced the fluid and it will work ok for a short time but then the problem returns.

THE MOTORCYCLE'S REAR BRAKE IS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT. VERY "MUSHY" WHEN THE PEDAL IS PRESSED AND YOU MUST PRESS VERY HARD TO GET THE CALIPERS TO BITE THE ROTOR. THIS IS VERY NOTICEABLE DURING LOW SPEED RIDING.

The motorcycle randomly stalls when beginning from a stop, adding throttle and then coming off the throttle. It isn't consistent and was very sporadic but today it happened 4 times.

1. When pulling in the clutch approaching a stop sign or light, the engine RPM's drop down through idle and the bike stalls. 2. There is traffic behind me doesn't initially know the bike has stalled and starts to move forward.
