THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED WHEN IT WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE GOING ABOUT 40 MPH. THE IMPACT PUSHED THE CONSUMERS VEHICLE INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. UPON IMPACT WITH THAT VEHICLE THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE DRIVER'S SEAT BACK COLLAPSED.
