VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION AND THE DRIVER'S AIR BAG DEPLOYED, CAUSING MAJOR INJURIES INCLUDING DEATH. THE AIR BAG PLASTIC COVERING CAUSED THE SKIN TO TEAR FROM NECK TO THE EAR TO THE BONE, CAUSING THE LUNGS TO COLLAPSE.
