2000 DODGE RAM VAN B1500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO BROKEN FRAME *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN THE FRAME FAILED, HE ALMOST HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE. HE INJURED IS KNEE, WHEN TRYING TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO A STOP, BUT THE BRAKES LOCKED UP.
