WE SUBMITTED A LETTER TO CHRYSLER ASKING FOR A "GOODWILL REPAIR REFUND" AND HAD A PHONE CALL FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, AL WILLIAMS, STATING THAT THE THREE (3)YEAR WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED.
