2010 Dodge RAM 1500 w/ gear shifter located on steering column was parked in a driveway when the gear shifter popped out of gear and began to roll. As a result, owner of vehicle suffered left ankle and thoracic fractures requiring hospitalization.

Tl* the contact owns a 2010 RAM 1500. While the vehicle was parked and unoccupied, it rolled down the driveway without warning and crashed into a mailbox, bird bath, and telephone pole. There were no injuries. The air bags did not deploy.
