TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1993 DODGE D150. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL, BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP. THE FAILURE CAUSED HIM TO REAR END ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE ROAD CONDITIONS WERE DRY.
