TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE MAGNUM. WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION TORQUE CONVERTER FAILED. THE DEALER FLUSHED THE TRANSMISSION AND REBUILT THE TRANSMISSION, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED.
