Good Morning There is a transmission failure - there is no fluid pressure in the transmission lines and the pump seems inoperable. There is already a recall on this issue but the vehicle I have does not fall within the guidelines - less than a year.

The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while driving 55 MPH, the front driver’s and passenger’s head restraints unexpectedly deployed. The contact sustained a neck injury. The vehicle was taken to the dealer.

The front passenger headrest deployed for no reason. We had just parked the van and my 13 year old daughter was behind the passenger seat when the headrest deployed and something hit her in the face. We were in no accident nor rear-ended.
