The front passenger headrest deployed for no reason. We had just parked the van and my 13 year old daughter was behind the passenger seat when the headrest deployed and something hit her in the face. We were in no accident nor rear-ended.

MY VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH HEADREST AIR BAGS. A YEAR AGO MY PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST AIR BAG ENGAGED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN A PARKING LOT AND WE WERE INSIDE A RESTAURANT. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE TO INDICATE IT TO GO OFF.

MY VEHICLE WAS STRUCK IN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE ENTIRE SIDE OF THE VAN WAS AFFECTED, FROM THE WHEELS TO THE BUMPERS.
