WHEN FILLING THE GAS TANK WITH FUEL THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH GAS SHOOTING OUT OF THE FILLER NECK WHEN TANK IS NEARLY FULL. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE DUE TO GAS SPILLING OUT ONTO THE GROUND POSSIBLY CAUSING A FIRE HAZARD.
