WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GLASS DURING A RAINSTORM. VERY DANGEROUS. THE MOTOR IS RUNNING SO HAS POWER BUT THE LINK TO THE ARMS IS STALLED OUT WITH DRIVE ARM JAMMED AGAINST THE MOUNTING BOLT.
