WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED IN MIDDLE OF WINDSHIELD DURING A RAINSTORM. WIPER BLADE ON DRIVER SIDE THEN HUNG BELOW THE WINDSHIELD RUBBER AND WOULD NOT START AGAIN. WIPE IS 32 INCHES LONG AND "SAGS" ON EACH PASS.
