DT: THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 DAEWOO NUBERIA. THE CONTACT 'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN TWO ACCIDENTS BECAUSE OF BRAKE PROBLEMS. THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED ON AUGUST 12, 2005. ONE PERSON SUSTAINED INJURES IN THE SECOND ACCIDENT.
