My front end control arm and ball joint collapsed, causing other parts to be damaged. Ever since this has happen my Chrysler has never been the same. My insurance company did try and fix the problem, but to my dismay nothing has been corrected.

At brothers graduation in lansing when the problem came up. Called home dealership who said it was too far away to do anything about. Had the car towed to the nearest dealer, where it took a month to get it fixed.

Tl* the contact owned a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. While driving approximately 25 MPH and attempting to make a turn, the steering wheel seized and caused the vehicle to crash into a concrete divider. The air bags did not deploy.

Tl* the contact owned a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. While driving approximately 50 MPH, the vehicle was involved in a crash. The air bag on the driver side exploded. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away.

    Remedy: Chrysler will notify the affected owners. Dealers will install the correct tether strap to retain the passenger sun visor, free of charge. The recall began July 26, 2016, owners will be sent a second email when parts are available.
