ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO OIL STARVATION. OIL WAS CHANGED REGULARLY IN THE CAR, BUT DEALER FOULD EXCESSIVE OIL SLUDGING IN ENGINE. THE 2.7L V6 ENGINE HAD 43,000 MILES ON IT.
