On July 10 when I left the office, I was driving the car to go home in the afternoon and I noticed a strange noise coming from the back side of the vehicle.

Rear window became detached from convertible top, which meant the car could not be safely driven. According to dealer, unable to reattach window - entire top had to be replaced. Convertible top was replaced so car could be driven safely.
